Tactical Sourcing & Deal Hunting

Manual & Tool-Based Scanning: We use a hybrid approach. While software (Tactical Arbitrage) helps scan big retailers, our team performs “Manual Sourcing” to find hidden deals that software misses.

Retailer Network: Sourcing from major reputable US retailers (Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Walgreens) during clearance sales, seasonal discounts, and flash deals to secure high margins.

The “Rabbit Hole” Method: We spy on other successful OA sellers’ storefronts to see what they are selling, allowing us to find profitable products faster.

2. Safety First: The “IP Alert” Protocol
Brand Risk Check: Before buying a single unit, we run the brand through “IP Alert” software to ensure they do not file intellectual property complaints. We protect your account health at all costs.

Gated vs. Ungated: We focus on categories where the account is already approved. For gated brands, we use specific strategies to “Auto-Ungate” the account safely.

Keepa Stability Analysis: In OA, prices fluctuate fast. We only buy products where the price has been stable for the last 30-90 days to avoid “Tanking” (price dropping after we buy).

3. The “Hidden Profit” Strategy (Cashback & Coupons)
Stacking Margins: In OA, profit isn’t just the difference in price. We utilize Cashback Sites (Rakuten, TopCashback), Discounted Gift Cards, and Store Coupons to add an extra 5-10% net profit on every purchase.

Tax-Free Prep Center: We ship all inventory to a Prep Center in a “Sales Tax-Free State” (like Delaware or New Hampshire). This saves 7-10% on sourcing costs immediately.

4. Logistics & FBA Execution
Inspection & Bundling: The Prep Center inspects every retail item to ensure boxes aren’t damaged (to avoid customer returns). We also create “Bundles” (e.g., 2-Pack Shampoo) to increase profit per sale.

Fast Shipment: OA relies on speed. We aim to get inventory from the retailer to Amazon FBA warehouses within 10-14 days to catch the current high price.

5. Inventory Cycle & Re-Investment
Wide vs. Deep: Unlike Wholesale (where we buy 100 units of 1 item), in OA we buy “Wide” (5-10 units of 10 different items). This spreads the risk. If one price drops, the others make a profit.

Rapid Re-investment: As soon as money comes back from Amazon, we re-invest it into new deals immediately. The goal is to rotate the capital monthly.

Implementation Timeline (The Fast Track)
Week 1: Account Setup & Signing up for Cashback/Coupon portals.

Week 2: Intensive Sourcing. Finding 10-15 low-risk profitable SKUs.

Week 3: Purchasing inventory & Shipping to Prep Center.

Week 4: Inventory goes Live on Amazon FBA. First Sales generate.

Month 2: Reviewing winners, restocking (if deal is still active), or hunting new deals.

Conclusion

Our OA Strategy is built on “Speed & Safety.” We don’t just flip products; we stack margins using coupons and tax benefits while strictly avoiding risky brands. This is the fastest way to generate cash flow on Amazon with a lower starting budget.
