Wholesale Business Setup & Compliance

Business Entity Setup: Ensure LLC/LTD registration and acquire a Reseller Certificate to purchase inventory tax-free.

Professional Seller Account: Set up and verify the Amazon Professional Seller Central account with proper category ungating.

Brand Approvals: Apply for “Soft Approvals” on Seller Central and initiate contact with brands/distributors for “Hard Approvals” (LOA) to ensure account safety.

2. Advanced Product Hunting & Sourcing (The Core)
Reverse Sourcing: Instead of random scanning, we use the “Reverse Sourcing” method to find authorized distributors of top-selling brands.

Data Analysis (Keepa & Helium 10): We analyze 90-day Buy Box statistics, Sales Rank stability, and offer counts to ensure the product is not seasonal or saturated.

Profitability Calculation: We focus on ROI (Return on Investment) and Net Margin after deducting FBA fees, prep costs, and shipping.

3. Inventory Management & Logistics (FBA)
Prep Center Coordination: Manage inventory flow from supplier to 3PL (Prep Center) for inspection, FNSKU labeling, and poly-bagging.

FBA Shipment Creation: Create shipping plans in Seller Central and ensure inventory reaches Amazon warehouses without delays.

Stock Monitoring: Maintain a healthy “Days of Inventory” (DOI) to avoid running out of stock or paying long-term storage fees.

4. Buy Box Management & Sales Velocity (Replacing Marketing)
Automated Repricing Strategy: Instead of manual pricing, we implement “Rule-Based Repricers” to compete for the Buy Box while maintaining a minimum profit margin (Stop-Loss).

Buy Box Rotation: Monitor competitor behavior to ensure we are getting our fair share of sales without engaging in destructive price wars.

Account Health Management: strictly monitor ODR (Order Defect Rate) and IPI (Inventory Performance Index) to keep the Buy Box eligible.

5. Performance Monitoring & Re-Ordering
Sales vs. Expense Report: Weekly audit of sold units versus all expenses (COGS + FBA Fees) to track actual Net Profit.

Replenishment Cycle: Identify “Fast Movers” (Winning Products) and place re-orders before stock runs out to maintain sales momentum.

Dead Stock Liquidation: Identify slow-moving items and liquidate them at break-even to release capital for better products.

Implementation Roadmap (Timeline)
Week 1-2: Business setup (LLC/Reseller Cert), Category Ungating, and initial Distributor outreach.

Week 3-4: Product Analysis (Keepa), finalizing first profitable Purchase Order (PO), and sending to Prep Center.

Week 5-6: Inventory goes LIVE at Amazon FBA. Setup Repricer rules. First sales generation.

Week 7-8: Analyze sales data, remove bad products, and Re-order winning products for scaling.

Conclusion

Our Wholesale strategy is not about “Spending on Ads” but about “Capital Rotation.” We focus on finding established brands with high demand, securing the Buy Box, and rotating your capital fast to generate consistent monthly cash flow with minimal risk.
